SHABA DABA DO is a business operating in Israel.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian, and that the details you give us are accurate.

Our products are made in small runs and finished by hand. Photographs are taken to represent each colourway as faithfully as we can, but screens vary and minor differences in shade, embroidery placement and texture are part of the product, not a defect.

Stock is limited and a listing does not guarantee availability. If an item sells out after you order it, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

All prices are shown in new Israeli shekels (NIS) and are the final price for the goods — any VAT that applies is already included, and nothing is added at checkout except the shipping fee shown before you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you complete checkout.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you, and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your details, or if we suspect fraud or resale.

Check your confirmation email carefully. If something is wrong, contact us immediately: once an order has entered packing we may not be able to change it.

Delivery within Israel costs ₪35. Orders with a subtotal of ₪200 or more ship free.

Delivery takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates given in business days from dispatch and exclude Israeli public holidays.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and keep the packaging so we can raise it with the courier.

You are responsible for giving a correct and complete delivery address. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-sent at your cost.

Under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010, you may cancel a distance-selling purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods or of receiving the transaction details, whichever is later. Where the law permits, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, may be charged.

To cancel or return, email Shabadabadostore@gmail.com with your order number. Items must come back unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the return.

Exchanges for a different colourway are subject to availability and are treated as a return plus a new order.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential — you are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to breach these terms, to place fraudulent orders, or to buy stock for unauthorised resale.

The SHABA DABA DO name, logo, embroidery artwork, product photography and site content belong to us and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Buying a cap gives you the cap. It does not transfer any rights in the brand or its artwork.

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered in line with these terms and with Israeli consumer law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We work to make this store usable for people with disabilities, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. Our accessibility statement sets out the standard we work to, what is in place, what is still imperfect, and who to contact.

If any part of this site prevents you from browsing or ordering, contact us and we will complete the order with you directly. Nothing on this page limits your rights under those regulations.

If something goes wrong, email us first — most problems are a reply away, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.

If we cannot resolve it between us, you can refer the matter to the Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Authority, or bring a claim in the courts as set out below. Using our complaints process does not affect any of your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the court nearest to your residence.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.

We may update these terms as the store changes. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it.
